Rooms, facilities and hire rates
Bilton Area Methodist Church provides a large and varied suite of modern premises and all rooms are available for booking by community and other groups. These include:
The Church
Comfortable chairs for up to 70 people with full AV facilities operated from a rear sound desk including fixed projector and large screen, camera, PA system with stand, lapel radio microphones and loop system.
Main Hall
Can seat approximately 60 people for meals, meetings, keep fit, dancing or games. It has AV and loop system with lapel radio microphone and an additional input socket for a computer, mobile or tablet. A large serving hatch opens into the hall from kitchen.
Kitchen
A fully equipped modern catering-style kitchen with ovens, heated cupboard, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, boiling water point for hot drinks and all necessary pans, crockery and cutlery. Two serving hatches that opens into main hall and welcome area.

Meeting Room
A small meeting room off the welcome area adequate for groups of up to 20 either in rows or board-room style. It has a large flat TV screen with input socket for a laptop including sound system. It has a kitchenette area for tea/ coffee making. Privacy blinds can hide it from the welcome area if desired.
Welcome Area
There is level access throughout the building for wheelchairs and buggies. There is one disabled toilet, dementia-friendly toilet, and baby changing facilities. There is ample car parking available on site.
Fairtrade
The church is committed to using FAIRTRADE tea, coffee and other products and users of the premises are encouraged to do likewise wherever possible.
