Messy Church takes place 16:00 – 18:00 on the third Sunday of every month from September to June inclusive.
Messy Church is a way of ‘being church’ for families, with the emphasis on hospitality, creativity and celebration. Children and parents/carers have fun together trying out the different activities that are on offer.
We join together to learn about God in a fun and creative way, and families enjoy quality time together. The afternoon consists of crafts, activities and game which all ages can enjoy for about 45 minutes. We then go into Church for a short 15 minute service with songs, videos and stories. We end up by joining together in Fellowship for a meal at the end of the session.
It is possible to drop in for just a short time so why not come along and try it out?
